For more than 15 years I lived across the country from my family missing their milestones and special events. I sent gifts, trying to make them as personal as possible, all with cards that expressed my love, but never matched my feelings.

Deciding to forgo traditional gifts I tapped into my creativity and started doing something different—instead of writing a check I made money trees or bouquet of flowers from dollar bills. From there it bloomed into baskets for whatever life events came along. Friends and coworkers soon caught on to my talent asking me to make baskets for them—and a dream began to take shape. When I retired, I was going to start a gift basket company.

Earlier this year I traded my keyboard in for ribbons, bows and baskets. I am excited to help you when words aren’t enough.
